Founded in New York City in 2018, Bellatrix Advisors was born out of a vision to leverage deep industry expertise and strategic insight. Our journey began with the inception and design of the Digital Transformation practice for MSC, the world’s largest ocean carrier. This experience laid the foundation for Bellatrix Advisors' commitment to guiding companies through complex transformations with precision and clarity.
Since its founding, Bellatrix Advisors has continued to grow and evolve, drawing from our leadership’s extensive experience with Amazon, particularly in product design and technology through AWS. This unique blend of expertise allows us to provide unparalleled guidance to companies and investors facing critical decisions around digital technologies and business strategies.

Our Founder
Michele Sancricca, with over 20 years experience in leadership and innovation, has served as business unit CTO at Amazon Web Services and Head of Product at Amazon Global Logistics, and is the co-Founder, Chair and CEO of Secro, a leading trade finance technology provider. Formerly, he established and led the Digital Transformation division of MSC, the largest ocean carrier and intermodal company in the world.
With patents filed in multiple countries, Michele has driven key innovations and strategic growth in global trade. His distinguished career is further enhanced by 12 years of leadership in the Italian Navy.
